buy a disc beam is the easiest way mate
im asuming your vtr is an import if it has drums??

ah right
youll need to put the disc arms on the drum beam
whilst the arms are off theyll need new bearings pressing in before you do it
also use the vtr torsion bars and antiroll bars as the drum beams tend to have smaller ones

so do u think it would b cheaper for me just to get new bearings fitted for my vtr?

it depends how bad the wear on your vtr is as it may have damaged the pins the breaing sits on
and swapping them is a lot of effort (will cost around 300 quid to do the full refurb)
