how would i go about changing from drums to discs??

buy a disc beam is the easiest way mate
im asuming your vtr is an import if it has drums??
only other vtr with drums ive seen was an irish 1.4

nah its got discs on it ive gt an axle for £50 nothing wrong with it but its gt drums so was gna swap my axle n put the discs from the vtr onto the other axle

ah right
youll need to put the disc arms on the drum beam
whilst the arms are off theyll need new bearings pressing in before you do it
also use the vtr torsion bars and antiroll bars as the drum beams tend to have smaller ones

it depends how bad the wear on your vtr is as it may have damaged the pins the breaing sits on
and swapping them is a lot of effort (will cost around 300 quid to do the full refurb)
