hi, im looking to make my 03 plate saxo vtr a little bit quicker are cams worth getting? ive only got a full exhaust system on my car.
ive been on a website and found these:
http://www.motorsportworld.co.uk/frame-detail.asp?PAGE=/manranges.asp
it says these are for a roller type? im unsure what that means can anyone help?
also is this all i will need, is it a full kit?

link doesnt work properly. theres a little button on the main toolbar of this website labelled "search" or take a look through the stickies. and only need one cam btw ;)

EDIT:
also www.kamracing.co.uk do a superb range of cams for the vrr's catcams are best for gains

You'll need to buy some cams. Theres different types of cams, with different durations and lifts (basically there are pussy cams and man cams). I'd recommend going for the newman ph3's.

You'll also need to get them fitted somewhere, and also need your ecu remapping to adjust your fuelling.

Only problem iv found with the search buttom is if your counts less than 100, you cant see half of the threads! FAIL

Cams wise, i would go for either newmans or cat cams. Very good bhp benifits

Still doesnt work properly,
When you say full system is this including a manifold?
I wouldnt get a cam until you have a manifold as the pressure will be to high for the standard mani i reckon
