are the C2 GT & VTS inlet manifolds the same cause I found this.

No, i think the gt inlet is made from plastic where as the vts inlet is aluminium, which is why it is favoured by people runnig boost

As above.

C2 VTS inlet is alloy, so preferred by folk with boost. Can handle more pressure, and can also weld injector bosses onto it for an 8 injector setup.

Also remember that either inlet will require some modification for the FBW setup. And unless you're running a JP4 head you'll need to drill/tap the head.
