what clutch kit?

need a new clutch for my y reg 1.1 forte, just rang a local place up and they gave me 2 options, one had 2 lugs and the other had none, so anyone kno what one i need? need to kno asap if poss

i rang that genral traders (or transport or somethimg) and they said the one with no lugs was like 45 plus vat and the one with 2 lugs was about 50 plus vat, just need to kno what one to get lol
