how do you test your lambda???

any one no how to test your lambda to see if its ok or if thats why my mot fuckin failed !!
fast idle test ---failed
co------1.790%fail
lambda ------0.938 fail

Go to Citroen and get it plugged in..May show up on the ECU..If not its trial and error..

go to a small garage and get them to plug the diagnostics machine into the car, theres a section on the computer that tells you air/fuel mixture. get them to take the car out a road test with the computer plugged in and it will show up if ur cars running to rich or lean. dnt go to a main dealer though. total rip off

my car failed it's emissions test I took the car put shell v power and a bit more than he reccomended amount of redex in and went back and got it tested when the engine was warm and it passed. thats the advice the garage gave me:y:

make sure the air filter and spark plugs clean and the exhuasts not leaking. then it should pass the lambda.
