altenator belt

I think my belt is squeaking a bit pretty sure its tight enough can u use silicon spray on it to stop it squeaking will this do any harm or is it ok

it wont hurt it but it will start squeaking again once its worn off abit. is it too tight?

not sure if its diffidently the belt but wanted something to test it to see if it is just trying to rule things out
