westcost to vts

need to know asap,offered a mint mango realy cheap cos the head is well fooked,is it as easy to put a vts engine in a westcoast as it is a vtr?(because currently collecting parts for a vtr to vts conversion)

yes it is

you may need to weld a little bracket in under the ecu for the engine mount
but other than that its the vtr-s

just done a search for gti 6 conversions haven't found any thing on them an body got any info? and also has any one ever put any ofther engines in a saxo thinking v-tec? or any thing simular?

don't put a 306 gti-6 engine in. put a vts engine in and tune it IMO

have a search as i thikn there used to be a 106 with one in.

yes he did as did i in my old saxo

may have found an epic engine to put in a saxo,its been put in loads of 306's and some 205 so going to look into if it will go into a saxo

yea thats why more research is going into it before any thing is said lol but spoox motorsport put one in a 205 so may try contacting thm
