Im wanting to get a centre pipe to improve the sound of my car, and performance, its the later of the VTRs and i need the pipe to fit to an ashley backbox.

haha my bad i should have read the description on the site

would this do anything to the sound of my car, and would it fit on my backbox?

I'm not sure if it would fit with your backbox or not, best asking KAM about this (try posting in their forum section on this site).

It will increase the noise quite a bit as it removes a silencer from the mid section, will be louder and probably more raspy higher up the rev range.

okay thanks, well the backbox fitted on to the original pipe no problem at all, so hopefully it should be fine

if the current backbox fitted the standard centre then it will go straight on to the supersprint. Will sound good :D

the fire gasket and thats it. All the clamps are the universal pug ones.

ive always wondered if you could just use a standard 1.1 centre section in substitute of a straight through, because they are just a straight through pipe. or are they smaller bore than standard vtr/s?

u need to take the centre box out, that will give a nice deep sound, ive gt a piper cat back and it sounds awesome even with a standard back box lol

but im also interested in getting a supersprint centre section to go onto an ashley backbox, however mines a mk1 1.4i
ive been told this one will fit, any ideas?
