first off its more than likely i wont bother with this but i just wondered if it was even possible. my mate has a turbo from a r34 skyline, he took it of the skyline engine as he up graded the standard one. he said i could have the turbo for free and that if i had a manifold made up it would fit the saxo.
i know its probably a really stupid idea, id have amazing turbo lag and the engine wouldnt last very long? but wouldnt i get a huge amount of boost from it? yeah i was really just wondering if it was possible, my mate insists it would work really well but i rekon it would just fuck my car?

its made for a skyline so its gunna be massively overkill on a saxo.

skyline is 2.5 litre, its gona take for ever to spool up.
unless you can sell it, buy a smaller one and still have £1500 left, thats if you build it all yourself, or £4000 if you want to have it fitted.

It would more than likely kill a saxo even on low boost!

yeah exactly what i thought, there would be amazing lag cause its meant for a bigger engine and it would just kill the saxo engine :( but once it did get going it would be amazing for the short time the engine could take it :P
and no i dont know the model number but i could find it out?

i know some of the twin turbo skyline used garret t25's and some used gt28's so i cant see it being an over kill on a saxo if its one of these

as far as i know skylines R33 and newer are all on GT28/r/rs's
