high comp pistons an steel con-rods

can any1 tell me if its worth buyin the rods with the pistons, what do they do an to what effect over the standard 1's will they have if i use the high compression pistons

Rods are really just there for the revs.

steel rods can deal with revving to 8-9K+ in most peoples opinions.

more reliability at max revs than std you wnt see a great deal of difference
just stops it going BANG!!!!!at max maybeeee
