I did check that but that is a straight thru pipe from Mani to back box and would de cat my car which I don't want.

yes thats what you need if your cat is underneath

if its a mk2 you have then your cat is in the manifold, if your looking on keepeing a cat then when you change the manifold then get the mk1 sports cat which will move it to under the car. dont know what you would have to do with the lamba sensors though...
