once all the offers come in, they contact the client thats selling it and discuss them and then the seller decides which one to accept, which will obviously be the highest.

yip thats how its done, and thats how i got it but not necessarily the highest bidder wins. it's the seelers choice which offer she chooses, but normally it is the highest, which was mine!!!
