i feel sick im that nervous.

I got my first house last year and the fun has not even started yet. Do you have the morrgage sorted yet as we did and i think that is what tipped the scales in our direction. Good luck mate i hope you get it.

theres a few solicitors in my office and one of them is putting an offer in for another client, and although your not meant to, she told me that mines is much higher so heres hoping.

offer is getting faxed off this minute.

well im a Legal typist which is basically like a half secretary.

i work for a paralegal which is a half solicitor so i do all her work and i get it for nothing as its me that does it all lol.

im shitting myself, sorry but OMG im nervous

it will be sometime this afternoon,

once all the offers come in, they contact the client thats selling it and discuss them and then the seller decides which one to accept, which will obviously be the highest.
