hi im getting a bounus at the end of the month and im looking at 500 - 600 pound to spend :D :D :D i am wanting to get some mods to me car like a remap was thinking of just remap as a lad from eclipse performance reckons me c2 code will make with just a remap a 140 bhp and increase torque with no mods to me car just as standard is this true ?????
i was thinking i will not get 140 just from a re-map on a standard vts engine ...... do you think i should stick a exhaust on it or induction kit
what would you reckonmend for a tops of about 600 pound and what will i get preformance wise

i think a £600 generic remap on a standard engine will leave you disappointed.
Speak to luthor1 about his ecu

Best your going to get from a remap is around 15% gain on a low spec N/A engine.
Id go for a Manifold - check other C2's for which gives the best gains. £200~
Also iirc you have a metal inlet, get the inlet and throttle body ported out and get your inlet ports on the head ported and the outlets to the manifold all matched up.
I would say cams but for the C2 there pretty pricey.

we have a nice supersprint exhaust system for the c2
get a panel filter and then remap it for the mods and you should see some good gains.
