normally its the top mount which allows the most movement. try bleeding the cooling system. there is a valve on the thermostat and a little black valve in the top left of the engine bay

i heard that upgrade engine mounts can be stiffer which would cause your idle vibration just give them abit of time might stop or u might not notice it. as for the temperature being a little higher mine sometimes has a random temperature range i just think youre picking at that cause of all the work done.

Do you get much knocking while changing gear??
When i had a powerflex lower engine mount fitted the vibration was crazyy but then it set after time - so give your new mounts time to set buddy.
