Supperchips = no
And without any othe rmodifications to your car then a remap will proabab;y only give 5bph ish yes.
Add some breathing mods and some cams, and a remap may give more like 15bhp
On a 90bhp VTR it should give 6bhp -- http://www.superchips.co.uk/index.php?option=com_frontpage&task=searchcat&Itemid=134

They only make VTRs in 90bhp or 98bhp, what year is yours?
And breathing mods are things like, Manifolds, exhausts, induction kits, etc

southern ireland,so could be one of them import 1.4 vtr.
if so then,anything other than a back box and filter is not worth it.imo

Why not? many people get good power from 1.4s

Yes yours is 90bhp :y:
4-2-1 manifold, catback exhaust, decat, induction kit, port and polished TB could see you on just over 100bhp :y:

are a few 1400s out there with big power,but at a cost.
just an opinion.
compare cost of induction,manifold,exhaust,cams,ecu fitting etc on a 1.4
insurance not being a problem.
to a vtr/vts transplant and it dosnt make value for money,not to me at any rate.
but if its your aim to tune a 1.4 then good for you for being different from the crowd,and i wish you luck.

It depends in the engine, my VTR is 2000 bt is 90bhp, yours could be 98, but am unsure without pics of your engine.
