or are they identical to a fuel line anyway there fore i can buy fuel line from a motor factors to cut to size??

You can make one yourself? Its simply a line going back to the pump, you can go to citroen, get the documents that illustrate the exact parts and citroen should be able to help.

A standard one is in 3 parts and goes through the bulkhead correctly.
