ok im getting a 1.1 saxo as i have found one really cheap and found a cheap vts engine aswell (a few actually) anyway i was wondering what if there is anything else i will need or is it a straight swap. i youst to have a corsa and was gona drop a 2.0l redtop and im aware i would of had to uprate the driveshafts in order to do this and custom engine mounts. will the same go for the vts into the 1.1 or will it be straigh swap. thankss:y:

One of the biggest issues that you'll have is that the engine mounting bracket on the ECU side is different.

You'll need to find the VTS bracket (VTR and westcoast/furio ones are the same too) which may involve you going to a scrappy yourself and cutting/drilling it off and then getting it welded on to the 1.1 inner arch.

It is spot welded on so if you do have to get one off yourself take a good drill with a few drill bits and a spare battery if needed and something to prise it off when all the spot welds are drilled off.
