Take the powerflow system off and get a better full system for a start. Powerflow are not good at all for performance mate.
Look into getting an exhaust manifold too mate.

if you were to bin a lot of weight - then get some good quality pads, discs and fluid the standard brakes would be able to cope I would say.
If you've got some cash then get a 266mm conversion IMO

266mm ftw! im after some of these for my car atm. the reason being they are very common and the 206 gtis (136 bhp version) came with them on. my mate has one of these and his 206 is alot bigger than mine and it stops brilliantly alot better than my vts on standard brakes

not masses you can do for that budget. To make the car overal faster i would spend that money on suspension.
if you want to spend it on the engine though look at an exhaust manifold
