fuel return

i have just put a saxo vts engine in my car runs abit lumpy some times trys to cut out.i have blocked the fuel return been told that this makes it run funny.just wondering hows to fit a fuel return on.thanks

could be running lumpy for other reasons mate, have you looked at your fuel filter? Worth replacing if not for a while. Secondly are you running an air filter by any chance?

hi yeah changed fuel filtter mate it has a piper cross viper air filter on in mate

search mate theres loads of threads covering this. To put it basically, you need to remove the FPR fro the fuel tank end, and run a three piece line through the bulkhead, down the passenger side, and over the top of the fuel tank to the pump
