View Full Version : Will a VTR exhaust fit a 1.4 VSX?

I had a bit of a shock when my downpipe fell off my saxo yesterday:oops:
Obv now I'm needing to get it replaced pronto. I've seen an exhaust system locally on ebay but it's for a VTR, I'm sure i remember reading that the exhausts on a 1.4 and the VTR/VTS are the same, but I don't want to commit myself and buy it if it's no use.
Can anyone here help out and advise me if it's any good?
My car is a MK1 1.4 VSX and the full exhaust system on ebay is off a MK1 VTR.
(Just in case anyones wondering why I'm considering this rather than just replacing the downpipe is that my last MOT came with an advisory for the back box too - so this would be a cheaper way to replace both at the same time until finances are a bit better:wink:)
Thanks in advance
