vtr-c2 gt turbo engine, what needs to be done?

basically looking at the idea of a new engine and found the above. i know its going to need a vts ecu.

just want to know what im looking at to get it running right in the car.

You haven't put the Ebay link on ;)

TBH - wouldn't bother with the VTS ecu. Would go standalone on anything boosted. Can't remember what the rest of the spec is - so more comments once the links posted.
