Ashley competition 4-2-1 manifolds are a good manifold to get. got one on mine at the mo and it made a lot of difference and looks like you can get them cheap off ebay now! £129.99 + p&p
Not bad for a good manifold.

I have a supersprint one on my vts engine and thats pretty good also try gmc as there good too.
