any advice on bike carbs going onto a saxo vtr? and do u have to buy a new inlet manifold to put them on to? cant u crack them onto the old one?cheers

Most places that fit them, will fabricate a custom inlet. There is a company in the north called Bog.Bros that will do it, but i think they need you car for a couple of days.

vtr inlet mani's are all plastic i wouldnt advise chopping them up

isit worth the agro of fitting them? they have only done 2000 miles usage out of them. any bhp increase?

my mates doing it to his vtr.. he already has it cammed and ported and polished.. so when they are on he will rev to 8000rpm.. hes making his own inlet manifold.. but once set up properly hes looking at some impressive power gain.. he can already keep up with standard vts's

few people done it on the rallye's on rallye reg have a search on there, was some for sale the other day for the vtr engine.
