Hi guys where can i get a polished rocker cover for a vts from and have it painted red so it will have the same smoothness and shine as the cars body work?
is there a place i can just get them polished ready
and what paint do i use to paint it?

Just do it yourself mate :) make sure u use h4gh temp paint though. Thats avaliable in a range of colours.

i was offering a polishing service a while back, i bought a proper 2hp motor and all the gear.
i got no interest at all. so i sold it to a mate.

Id get it powder coated.
Agree, i would get it powder coated. It gets so hot so best get it done propperly and its a much better finish.

im trying my best not to do it my self but if thats the last optian then it is lol
is there no place on teh net or anything i could buy them already done?
How and wear do i get power coat from?

You may see some crop up on ebay or something but it will most likely be painted rarther than powder coated.
I got a quote from a place called sunbase in swindon for £35 i think for powdercoating and sandblasting. Seemed quite high and can prob get it a bit cheeper.

You can use normal paint on rocker covers. They get warm but dont get hot enough to damage the paint. Loads of people use normal paint

Dont they bubble or flake tho?
Im off tomoro to get some specialy made paint ill ask if they can make it heat risistant too.

They only bubble and flake if you do a crap job of painting them. Use etch primer and it will be fine.

I aggree with Ryanmt! Painting them is fine as long as etch primer is used... i also finnish them off with 2K laquer for good long lasting shine & strength... some examples of what they look like here:
