are the newman ph1s any good,would it add much bhp without remap? saxo vtr mk2

quite a mild cam, gains would hardly be noticeable

Why do they make them then, surely there must be a few bhp in it?

With breathing mods you might notice a little gain but I don't think it's worth ripping the head off the engine for it tbh.

Look into a Kent PT40 - offers an 11bhp gain.
