inlet manifold on vts

i recently lumped my vtr and yesterday i took the air box off and noticed a silver circular thing which sed weber on it, it was underneath the inlet pipe, just wondering waht this mite b cuz weber is quite a decent make in terms of carbs n that, and was wondering if this was standard?

its the fuel pressure regulator, yes its standard.
