What does everyone think of this manifold? Looking for one thats straight fit to a MK2 VTR, so raceland is out of the question. Not looking to spend too much if it can be avoided as well

It is a Sportex mate.

I quite like them, was looking into them a while back.

It is mild steel, so will become rusty after about 1 and a half - 2 years ish

Also it can be had for £149 PMSL :p

Glad i asked now! Cheers mate! I read somewhere on here that mild steel is better than stainless in some ways, mainly because of cracking

I knew it would be that manifold you linked to. I was going to make a thread a few days ago but thought someone else would make one instead.

Does it clear the oil filter on late mk2's then?

Something I would like to know as well! On the eBay listing it does say direct fit, but then again it is eBay. lol

Phoned up online autosport to check and they do a different manifold designed for the MK2. £200 including next day delivery, fits nicely and gives a good gain
