hii there.
Ive got a 2001 vtr and the gearbox isnt the best in it. I think it wont last very long. Ive heard rumers that a diesel gearbox on a vtr makes it go much quicker.
Can any1 tell me if this is true or not, and what is the advantage and disadvantage.
Would it affect mpg aswell?
Diesel box wont make it 'much' faster, who ever told you this should be slapped in the face repeatedly with a fish.

I lol'd.
Top end speed is stupid, whoever travels over 100, well, their IQ is indirectly proportional to the speed they're doing.
Changing gearboxes will change acceleration, all depends on what the ratios are though.
