Not too clued up on manifold's however considering one of these

are they worth the money? i want the sports cat.

what sort of performance gains should i see?

Got told them ones rust after about a year... and also been told 4 -5 bhp.

But i may be wrong!

ive got the janspeed 4 - 1 mani that i mentioned to you in your other thread but as said above mine is the mild one and its rusty as hell but does the job lol.
go for the stainless as mentioned.

also i did hear that if you heat wrap the mild ones they are likely to crack if thats correct.

get the supersprint, no point in getting the janspeed with sports cat, the real gains come from decatting on the vtr

i heard that too its just a pain in arse having to put the cat pack on for mot.

its takes half an hour if that. just try and find an mot station that will take a backhander to use another car for the emissions...

i have the mild steel janspeed mani, had it on for 2 years now and not rusted yet. very well made. and also freed up the revs a bit.
