I have a 1998 saxo Vts i am looking to turbo the car before i sell it do i need to remap it or do anything to the ecu before i can run it correctly? cheers

Yeah youll need standalone management mate, you wont be able to run a turbo off the OEM unit

whats the best thing to buy then? ive got the turbo, intercooler, dump valve, all pipes, doctored down pipe, doctored manifold etc etc what else do i need to buy? or need to do to the car?

that list says for an 8v mines a vts 16v does the list just applie the same?

either go standalone ecu with 4 bigger injectors or use the standard ecu with an mf2 injector driver, afifth injector and a sigcon 2 or 3, i have a sigcon 2 for sale if your interested, pm me

My friend, the very fact that you're asking this question means you don't have the ability to do this conversion. Sell the car as is, and the bits seperately.
Why you going to the trouble of doing a turbo conersion if you're getting rid anyway?

ive just got a vts and am looking to up the bhp but not spend alot of money, does anyone have any ideas on how i can do this.

search mate its explained 3 times a day,





also if your serious about turboing a vts why havent you researched it. Engine management plays a huge role in running and the set up yet your asking if you can use the OEM ecu

sell the bits make a few quid then start with what you know
