Rough cost - £600 - £800
Gains - Depends on cams
PH3s and a remap on a 90bhp VTR would see you to around 110 -115bhp
Take it you have all the breathings mods already...?

nope its basicly standard, would the 600-800 include labour for a garage to fit it?

Well i wouldnt get cams, unless i had done breathings mods first, E.G:
Catback exhaust
Decat
4-2-1 manifold
Induction kit
P&P Throttle body
yeah get a 4-2-1 decat and straight hrough and an induction kit before you get a cam.
i think you'll get a cam for less than £200 and a remap is around £3-400 i think

Good induction £100
Manifold £100-£200
Full exhaust £200
Cams £200
Remap £400
£1100 in parts
plus £2-300 labour to have everything above fitted

The only thing you need to pay to get fitted are the Cams, and If your completely non-mechanically minded, then possibly the Manifold.
The rest is just so simple - bolt off old, bolt on new basically. DO NOT pay a garage to fit things like an exhaust!
