Personally, if you dont stay to far from a dealer, Id recomend gettin a Powerflow system, I had one on my 1.1 and Iv got one on my vtr, never had any problems. Plus they will make it however you want it! ;)

it all depends on what you want really, what sort of sound do you want and what your budget is, most people on here go for the supersprint exhaust, and personally thats what im gonna go for when i get round to it, but have a search on youtube for the sort of sounds you can expect from different exhausts, dont rush your decision make sure the exhaust you get is the one you want

if you want an exhaust for looks and sound, go to a local custom exhaust maker such as powerflow.
if you want a 'performance system' get a ready made one as they are tried and tested and normally proven to give gains.

Powerflow = NO! NO!
Go for either a Supersprint or a Magnex :y:

just remember that all powerflow places are different, some are sh1t but there are some that are very good. just ask around for the reputation of the places.
its like saying all halfords staff are useless, most are, but there are some very intelligent and very capable people working in halfords stores. They may be hard to find, but if you try, you'll find a couple.

yeah, most of these custom places make an exhaust to sound a certain way and arent really concerned with power gains, systems like supersprint, piper etc etc are proven to give gains but also sound quite good at the same time

The Mongoose system is very good and nice and subtle sounding.
The Peco full system sounds just right too and comes at a nice price.

I had a piper full system on my last saxo and on my new saxo av got a scorpion. out of them two I would get a scorpion, it sounds much better. My mates saxo has a supersprint and that sound really good.

Supersprint FTW
Need to know what your budget it is really.
And whats your reason for buying an exhaust, are you buying it for the sound? To make your car faster? Or just for the looks?
If you can say which then people can best advise you :y:
