Ive just bort a new cyclinder head which is polished and ported with high flow valve seats for my mk1 vtr. Just wondering if anyone has done anything similar so i can get an idea of what performance increase i will get?

No alot with no other mods, would see more improvement on a turbo'd engine due to better VE

yep p+p is expensive for little gain unless on a high bhp engine where increased airflow is needed

Unless you do it yourself (its very hard and you can easily detroy the head) Then its expensive for not much of a gain.

not hard, you just have to know what your doing and ave the right tools
