Super sprint are one of the best, roughly around £280 but worth it

i got an ashley comp manifold on mine! really got bit of kit! has made such a big difference to performance along with a de-cat pipe, especially the torque, cammed vtr and acouple more people have them too. best thing is they're only £129.99 on ebay. search "106 manifold"

In My Opinion get it heat wrapped too. it reduces under bonnet temp by about 40%-50% and looks really smart. i wouldnt be bothered about it being stainless steel either but i suppose thats your choice buddy!

why pay 280 when you can get an awsome manifold for less than half of that!
you could just about get the rest of your exhaust system with the rest of the money!

Try www.motorsportworld.co.uk. I have a supersprint, they are well worth the money in my opinion smileys/smiley4.gif

id ask if these other manifolds pipes are to correct length (ie tuned length and not just made to the space available) as the GMC one is and so is the superspring IIRC but not 100% on that one, if its not then your potentially losing power and torque as gas velocity (the pulsing and sucking effect) is affected.

get a GMC id say smileys/smiley4.gif
