Right guys, I'm almost certain that this is of no use to me but want to check before I sell it on. I'm building a VTS race car and my mate has kindly given me his 106 xsi to strip, we have taken the gearbox out to use which is great but he has had it chipped by superchips, so I have the ECU and chip sat in my garage. I am going to sell it for him but just want to check that this can't be used on the VTS, sure it can't but would kick myself if it could.
Thanks.

Superchips are shit, don't use it! ECU wouldn't be mapped for the VTS so wouldn't run effiicently.

thought that was the case anyway but just wanted to double check

That's cool, are you going to make a progress thread for your race car?

Also have you got a spec list for the S?

lol, yes when I get round to it, we've been taken lots of pics so when I finally get some time I can put something together. We are going to race in the cscc with the tintops, which is a 40min race with 2 drivers. The way it's going will be lucky to get it done for this year.
We are starting with handling. So far fully stripped and just fitting the roll cage, multipoint custom cages fully welded. as far as parts for the car still need lots but we have the 406 brembo brakes.
Just so little time right now it seems to be taking for ever.

Get on Kamracing mate, some good parts at decent prices on there.
