16v not starting

Alrite guys, I just put a gti engine in a vtr, had it running and brought it to running temperature and stopped it to throw in engine flush before I change the oil. Went to start it again and it fired up but wouldn't take the rev. Now it's just turning over and making no attempt at firing up?
Any ideas?

ye id say your fuel or even the immobilser

It was fuel, she's not keeping the fuel to the rail. Has to be primed a few times before it'll start. I'm going to try a non-return valve on the fuel line and see if that'll work.
