they dont have a rev counter so no red line, and they arnt designed for high revs its supposed to be an economical car.
But probs around 6250

i've heard some 1.1's do have a rev counter

cheers mate. just bought an aftermarket rev counter as mine doesn't have one, just needed to know redline so i don't kill the engine! shall be fitting it in a couple of days, can't drive without one, even though it's a 1.1 smileys/smiley2.gif

yeah mines a mk2 so it came with one already in smileys/smiley17.gifi dont think i could drive without one either!!

i've actually just looked somewhere else, and it says the maximum bhp is 60bhp @ 6200rpm! i did the comparison bit, my car is a saxo 1.1 X 5 door smileys/happy.gif
