just on the rocker breather m8
Generally on 'fast road' use it should only condense barely enough to swirl about in the bottom within a couple of days.
Can the tank breathe easily?
TBH mate it just seems like its over filled with oil and giving it beans is spitting it into the tank. But if the dipsticks just under max then you should be fine as mines dead on max and i have a breather filter with a sheild underneath to catch any spillage and the sheild barely gets a spec on it after a hard drive.
Im not sure how the oil flows inside the engine someone with a bit more know how will be able to give you details of anything inside that might be blocked!

high oil pressure? my pressure went through the roof just before blowing a piston threw the block and it sent about 1.5ltrs of oil out the rocker into the catch tank in a few hours
