which ones betters :S

right.... this pipercross airfilter was on my car but got told by a few people it was not that good- :geek:

but i have also got this induction thingy lol not sure what its called ect lol.:panic:

havent sorted out the oil breather yet so dw about that,..

just generally wanna know which would out the 2 would be better for my car rather gain a lil bhp then lose some :bump:

the best out of the 2 would be the second one which is a piper cross VIPER.

But neither are to good tbh.

the viper has a metal casing, which gets hot so totally defeats the object of being an enclosed filter to suck cold air.

Best bet is to get a raceland OR a BMC carbon enclosed :)

also the KnN gen 2 kits are good, but pricey at the 180+ mark

In theory the second one. With a good source of cool air, it should produce more bhp.

The first one will make more noise as its an open filter but it will get bloody hot and warm air is not good for performance.

Try a blast with both and choose which ever you prefer

right ive just took of the shitty piper cross just guna go for a lil rinse :O to see the diff :)

putting the enclosed one on now well when im off this lol

cant remeber exactly which mag it was, but they tested the viper and it actually lost bhp over the standard air box

right gone for a lil blit around the block :P and to me personally the 2nd one seems to give me a lil more give when pulling off and getting into 2nd :P soo my intension asumes the rest of the gears should be a lil better. soo am gunna leave the 2nd one on the enclosed one ;) havent achually got a standard air box lol, thanks peeps :)
