sounds like it just needs a remap to correct this ?

dont think so mate, it seems to be just the inlet, if i was to put standard back on the it would run fine the cam is only 280deg so should still idle low just a little lumpy

people have got them to run fine without, but alex and lee cant sus it either

yer rewired the tps, but the guide was no use to me as the wires were different

its wired correctly though

and i got the idle sorted now

but its not running right i just took it for a drive and something isnt right

How long have you had it on there for? Does the throttle response feel lumpy and delayed?

when you say its not running right what do you mean?

when you put your foot hard down, does it stutter like gareth gates?

yer thats how it is like theres just nothing there at all,
its fine idling, its just when you actually drive it, its shite, nothing there atall and judders

the tps is wiried incorrectly, leave the middle wire cut the other 2 and swap them round....

Best bet is to have it adjusted on the rollers mate. No two engines are the same so it's probably best to have it adjusted to whatever suits your setup!

yer i know mate sort of found out the hard way really,

but ive give up today just going to get lifts to work all week, were going to reset all the timing and get the valve clearence right, cause i think its off a little bit, and ive spoke to jules at chipwizards and i may be able to get in for a remap on 20th july so next week, just need to figure out how to get the car there cause i dont think it will be fit to drive there especially as its a 3 hour drive
