Standard Valeo clutch can take a ALOT of abuse. Some people with throttle bodies and around 170bhp use them without hassel. Only £80odd too..
Wouldnt spend money on a "sports" clutch tbh.

yer I would stick with a standard one too.
Plus if you go for an extreme "sporty" one it can make it a bit of a mare to drive in traffic etc

1.4 box from a saxo? Vts box would be more ideal in terms of ratios. 1.4 box should take some abuse though. Just let it warm up with a 10-15 mins of steady driving before you give it death.

Not really bud. Do a search on gearboxs. LOADS of threads on it. If you read a few different ones, you will got more than one persons view on which is best for each set-up etc
