Fitted my manifold recently and encountered one main problem really.

the bottom left stud touches the manifold and so wont go on proper so is currently pasted to stop it blowing just. am going to attempt again tomorrow and was thinking about shortening this stud. has anyone else has to do this on a blacktop vtr

shortening the stud will solve the problem, did the same on mine.

did you use the original nut as ive currently got a smaller on on there so it would bolt up lol

yes i used the original stud and shortened a bit with a saw
