Hello im just after a bit of advice really for the near future
I have a 1.1 02 saxo and im thinking about putting a 1.6 vts lump in it.
Ive heard its pretty much a straight swap.. 3 plug engine, gear box, brakes, exhaust, suspension.. will i need to uprate my driftshaft too?
Has anyone done this before if so any ideas on price etc? thanks:y:

1.1 to a vts is pretty much changing everything Engine, ECU, Loom, Gearbox, Drive Shafts, Rear Axle, Front Struts its alot of work.

You need so many parts of a VTS to do the conversion on a 1.1, you will of literally bought a VTS in kit form, so tbh you would be better of just buying a complete VTS rather than virtually every part other than the shell and interior.

im in process of swopin 1.1 to vts but i have 2 complete cars and it still can be complicated but like what been said you are better off with a car than the bits as you will have what you need to hand .
