sould be able to jst lift it out the top without removing anything mate, as long as the gearbox is off.
or leave the box on lift the car up and take then engine out from underneath

you're going to need to remove the driveshafts, ir at least the drivers side one becuase that goes from gearbox to hub and attaches to the engine block.
i took a full engine with gearbox and mani attached straight out of the top of the bay easily, just support the gearbox side when you start undoing the mounts, and make sure you disconnect the gear linkages.
theres also the possitive battery lead on the alternator and the earth on the gearbox

you could do it that way but do you realy want to risk it?
imo just rent a lift for a few days from alpine or somewhere like that:y:

shafts out, support the engine weight with a jack / hoist.
undo mounts. take box off, undo loom and eveything conncecting to engine , rad pipes etc.
and then lift the engine out mate.
