How do i know if my cat is in the manifold or if the catalytic converter is in the exhaust system underneath the car? Ive got a 2000 (W plate) vtr.

I need to know which one of these to get and if there is a difference:

-The Supersprint cat back Exhaust System
-The Supersprint Race Exhaust System

...they r the same price but i dont want to get the wrong one... cheers.

Ohh, and im still confused as to which panel filter i would need to get as both these appear to fall into the date ny car was 1st registered (06/2000) ???

...any help would be greatly appreciated.

your catalytic converter should be under the car as it is registered before september when they changed where it was placed to just under the main manifold. and i have the same year vtr.

I would imagine you have an oval filter, the easy way to check is to get up off of your ass and go look under the bonnet and you could answer both questions yourself
