Ive been looking at engine swaps for my Y plate VTR, and the obvious choice is the VTS engine but i was wondering if its possible to fit a 2.0l 16v from a xsara? or if anyone knows of any saxos with engines other than the vts.

This ones been covered a million times, Its not the greatest of fits and the whole idea of the saxo is fast and agile, having that massive lump in the front would make it handle like a bag of shit! smileys/smiley2.gif

oh rite, sorry mate, not been a member for long. does it really affect the handling that badly?

the cost involved would pay for a super/turbo charged vts. which would destroy the 2.0 16v all day long and still retain the excellent handling capabilities.

thats coz it needs to be highlighted better.

how can it be highlighted better than 100000 threads saying the same thing?

I could make a FAQ but no one bothers to check them and it would be the shortest FAQ ever
