vts manifold

hi peeps,
im looking at changing the mani on my 98 vts, just wondering which is best to fit, the 4-2-1 or the 4-1 ??
read a couple of guides and it says 4-1 but thought i would ask peoples advice who have actually changed theirs ???
would be lowering it by about 30mm in the near future so wouldnt want any ground clearance issues neither .

4-2-1 is midrange power
4-1 is top end.

most people go for a 4-2-1 as its the best all round manifold

also alot of people choose the raceland manifolds as they are good on price.
supersprint manifold is another option to look at.

gmc make the best 4-1 manifold also
