Have you got a 1-plug car or 3-plug car?
If it's a 1-plug, I will demonstrate my companies' PnP Standalone ECU to you, on your car, for free. I believe it's better than numerous piggy-backs and will give you more control in the long run. I've mapped a turbo before and it worked extremely well (and still is) and was very simple to do!
As to your question, sorry I'm not familiar with those units, but other people on here will be :)
Kind regards
Andy

Thought you got some off of Gixxa?
PM your email address and i'll send the instructions across. You need the MF2 manual too?

Would suggest taking Andy's advice will help in the long run, and better system than fiddling with standard ECU
BTW Andy, got my injectors coming Monday so hopefully I'll be coming to you guys at some point to complete my conversion :D

The total cost is £495 fitted and mapped - I don't charge VAT - that's if you come to me. If you want me to travel out, I'm 20p/mile.
I'd also recommend an Innovate LC-1 Wideband controller which John at GMC sells at £130+vat. I can solder up a little wiring harness using your existing narrow band sensor plug (cutting it off!) which makes the LC-1 Plug and Play with your wiring loom and my ECU will just pick that wideband signal up over the stock loom and use it for mapping.
Like I said though, I'm happy to demonstrate it by fitting and mapping it for free if you want to come down, either way I'll have a map ready for you if/when you choose to go for it.
There's probably nearly that much value in the stuff you've got already on the 2nd hand market. Just a thought :D
Kind regards
Andy
